I’m Kenny Olutola

I’m a systems builder, AI transformation architect and entrepreneur. I founded Enhancial Academy because I kept seeing the same problem: founders who were skilled, committed and working hard - but running their business entirely on instinct, urgency and memory.

The work broke when they were busy. Client evidence was hard to produce when they needed it. There was no clear, documented picture of how the business actually operated.

The AI-Driven Solopreneur OS is my answer to that. A structured system any solopreneur can build, review and run on - regardless of their business model or stage.

Systems over instinct

A business that runs on the founder’s memory and availability is fragile. A business that runs on documented, dated, reviewed artefacts is robust. The Academy builds the latter.

Why I built this

The founders I worked with were smart and capable. Most of them could not clearly describe how their business operated when I asked them to. What was their actual offer? Where did their client evidence live? How did they handle onboarding consistently?

I got different answers on different days. Not because they were being dishonest, but because none of it was written down, governed or reviewed. Everything ran on the founder’s memory and availability.
