Track A - Guided Setup
You have completed - or are actively working through - the AI-Driven Solopreneur OS course. You have at least T01 (Reality Check) and T02 (OS Canvas) in place. You want your artefacts reviewed, gaps named and the operating system genuinely running.
Track B - Guided Setup Intensive
You have not yet done the course and you want to build your operating system with guided support rather than working through it alone. The course is bundled. You work through it just-in-time alongside the sessions - not all at once up front.
You are not ready yet if...
You want someone to build your business for you. You are not willing to complete founder-owned worksheets between sessions. You are looking for an open-ended coaching relationship with no defined outcomes. You have significant unresolved compliance, legal or financial matters that need professional resolution first.

If accepted, you receive a checkout link. Complete your purchase and access your coaching product and course immediately.

Sessions begin
Complete your pre-session prep, then book Session 1 from inside your coaching product. We go from there.
What you leave with
At the end of the engagement, every founder leaves with the same five things. How strong they are depends on the work you bring between sessions.
By the end, you have
- Your operating band confirmed and your primary gap named
- Your offer, command and relationship artefacts reviewed and strengthened
- Your delivery, evidence and AI artefacts reviewed and strengthened
- A completed Founder OS Blueprint Summary
- Session notes and a clear next action agreed at close
What this is not
Clarity about what this engagement is not is part of what makes it worth doing.
- Not done-for-you delivery. You own your decisions, your answers and your implementation.
- Not guaranteed outcomes. Progress depends on the founder-owned work you complete between sessions.
- Not legal, tax, accounting or compliance advice. Those are referred to qualified professionals.
- Not open-ended coaching. Every engagement has a defined scope, session count and end date.
- Not a substitute for qualified professional support in specialist areas.
